TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking with Astagiri Homestay, you agree to the following terms:
  • Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
  • Guests must provide valid ID proof at check-in.
  • Check-in and check-out timings must be followed.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
  • Any damage to property will be chargeable.
  • Outside visitors are not allowed without prior permission.
  • Natural surroundings (coffee estate, waterfall area) must be respected
 ACCOMODATION POLICY

By booking with Astagiri Homestay, you agree to the following terms:

  • Guests are required to pay 50% advance at the time of booking itself
  • Children below 5 – 10 years of age will be charged 50% of the actual price.
  • Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM
  • We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the campus.
  • Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
  • Bonfire are complimentary for Stay package, Private Bonfire will be chargeable
  • If the number of guests are reduced on the day of Check-in, the guest has to pay the full payment.
  • Guests will be charged for any kind of damages caused to the property or things belonging to the camp.
  • Guests are not allowed to participate in any adventure activities after consuming alcohol.
  • Right to admission reserved
CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking with Astagiri Homestay, you agree to the following terms:

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • Same Day cancellations are non refundable
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
